PianoCheater - PCKeyboard

Using your pc keyboard as a crappy midi input device:

   AS LONG AS PianoCheater's main window has focus and
                                           you've tabbed away from the songlist,
   keyboard input is ON.

   Tab to or click the little red x to right of songlist.
      Press esc to toggle between command mode (lightning bolt) and
                                  keyboard mode (little notes)

   you CAN use your pc keyboard as a (fixed velocity) midi input device.
   Here's the mapping:
   

   Upper octave defaults to 4 (leftmost c is middle c)
   Lower octave defaults to 3.

   cursor left   moves everything down an octave (slide left on piano keyboard)
   cursor right  "     "          up   "  "       "     right " "     "
   cursor up     increments the velocity (which defaults to 100 of 1..127)
   cursor down   decrements "   "         "     "        "  "   "  "

   Most keyboards can only do 3 notes together MAX, though.
   And no velocity sensitivity :(
