Sharing - yep, time to save the world !!
Your songs belong on the web.
Maybe you ain't that great yet. Who cares! Let people listen to em!
Although this stuff may violate copyrights sometimes,
my opinion is that helping people learn music is MORE important than
respecting copyright.
(Although, if it gets out of hand, I'll have to delete stuff.)

Transcription - getting your masterpiece to a buddy.
Used to be you had to turn your music into pencil'd dots with flags on lines.
Or TRY to shove your midi recording into a "notation" program.
GOOD LUCK WITH THAT!!
It'll likely spit out a bunch of 32nd note triplets...
You could quantize, but OOPS, you just wrecked your coolest rhythm.
Just give the midi (and PianoCheater) to your buddy.
PianoCheater will spoon feed the notes and rhythms with YOUR intricacies.
You don't even need to record your song to a metronome.

Mid2Wav - Your Mom may not have a midi synthesizer...
So you can use Mid2Wav to convert a midi file to .WAV file using the
soundfont device's presets. Try it out :)
Then if you convert the .wav file to a .mp3 file and
stick it in your ...\PianoCheater\Recorded dir with the same name
as your midi file,
it'll be included on your repertoire report page :)
